Cake "Mossy stump" is very easy and simple to prepare

Even if you have never baked cakes before, this one will work for you. Very unusual, with different tastes, then sour, then sweet. For more "rotten" you can add more nuts. And what a beautiful section!

1 cup sour cream

2/3 cup of sugar

1 egg

5 tsp of soda (to pay off)

3 cups flour

100 grams of prunes

150 gr dried apricots

100 grams of nuts

150 grams of raisins

750 ml sour cream

1 tbsp. Sahara

The filling for the cake can be prepared in advance: pour the dried fruits with hot water and steam them. Then twist the nuts and dried fruits in a meat grinder separately. I twisted on the combine, so faster. If the fruit mixtures turned out to be thick, you can add hot water, mix well and make as jam. I mixed nuts with prunes.

For the dough, mix the egg with sugar and sour cream, add soda and flour. The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 8 koloboks. From each bun, roll out the cake, spread it with prunes and make a roll. With prunes, 2 rolls, and with dried apricots and raisins, 3 each. We bake rolls at 180C until golden brown. Let cool in cut into pieces.

Whip sour cream with sugar. Now we take a deep cup or a form with a removable bottom, line the film, spread the film with cream and put sliced rolls in layers, pouring cream into each layer. We put in the fridge for the night. In the morning we turn over the form and it turns out such beauty.
